buggz
What is the widest taking lens for use with a Bell & Howell 2x Kowa? Briefly playing: - GH4 with Metabones 0.67XL - the widest seems to be 58mm with vignetting - 5DMkII - 35mm ? Anyone else?
ken
FF is about 75mm. Other format, just counted as 35mm equivalent FL, max down to 70mm of equivalence.
tweak
I can shoot 35mm on 7D with the Kowas (vignette in photo mode). So I'd say something a bit over 50mm (55 maybe) is really the widest you could shoot on 5D for video.
elgabogomez
The widest I've managed in apsc is 28mm (in video mode and cropped to 2.4:1). There is a guy on the anamorphic shooters group on Facebook that uses a 40mm on fullframe. Seth and tweak

You could use maybe a 40mm pancake on FF, but I honestly think around 50 is as wide as is good as when you start getting wider you get a lot of imperfections (they might be good for some projects though).
