There is nothing special about making slowmo look cinematic... slowmo is almost always cinematic. The trick is in making normal speed with dialog cinematic. And that requires cinematic techniques... which is of course the point. Good camera slowmo performance should also follow up... ; ) As well, 'sunny faces' to begin with. But on topic you are fish in the water...
