Help Attaching Kowa B&H

Hey Folks,

My Kowa lens came in the mail today, it came pre-fitted with some redstan clamps and

since this is my first time round, I am trying to work out what I need to get this attached

to my m42 mount lenses. I'm assuming I will need a step ring of some sort but i don't

know what thread size. Sorry if this is an overly simple question.

Here is a pic of what I have. Thanks for any advice in advance!

You got lucky with the clamps! :) (depending on the price of course, but they are great).

Just google the filter thread size of your M42 lenses and you'll know what step up / step down filters you need.

back clamp is 62mm filter thread

front filter is 72mm

looks very nice set up i would send it back the color is a little gay.

when buying film gear always ask yourself

what would chuck norris buy

what color would he feel comfortable and manly with :)

I hope you left the seller good feedback? It is a superb lens, especially with the inclusion of the Redstan components.

Lol, I will once I test the lens is working okay. I assume you are the seller ? I bought from someone in Aus.

I am actually from Australia myself, I just live in LA for work!

Thanks Tony, but I believe chuck would approve of blood red. Tis the colour of justice.
