BMPCC 4K PL or EF

Hi guy looking to get Blackmagic 4K Production Camera but before buying would like to know if i get PL mount where i will rent pl lenses but i have set of Yashica lenses CY mount which i will use. Is there PL to CY mount or EF to pl mount just wondering which mount to get and Yahsica ML lenses are full frame

Enny, there are pl to ef adapters, cost a bit though... plenty of cy to ef adapters about cheap - all Yashi ml lenses cover full frame 35mm

Thanks do you see any issues with PL to ef then ef to cy adapter since 2 adapters are used

If you're not rich enough to own a handful of PL lenses yourself, then don't buy it in the PL mount.

PL and CY can mount to EF, I don't think EF can mount to PL due to flange distance... the EF mount camera will be more adaptable/flexable

Not all PL lenses can be adapted to EF from what I saw on th web :s But EF is more convenient for sure !
