There was on and off light pockets of cloud veiling, but I took these as it was getting dark, then darker and when it was emerging. Something which puzzles me every solar eclipse is the attempt people go to mimic the same reproduced on and on by many others. Not bad at all to see people faces going to and from darkness, actually.
