Marks on gh4 footage

Is there anyone who knows what these marks are on 4K footage and some still shots? There is a long line that looks like a dirt line from top to bottom just to the right of the center screen which shows up especially on color sections of the shot but disappears where the footage is very light or washed out. This line is not dust spots or banding that I am talking about. It is a very faint long line but distinct when viewed in photoshop or premiere pro. I am able to touch it up in photoshop for stills but the footage is ruined every time. What is this? Look at the zoomed shot attached.
