Cinegain
I actually would consider other options... as non of your picks make it to the usual suspects ND quality rankings (think: Breakthrough Photography, SLR Magic, Tiffen, Formatt-Hitech, B+W, Singh-ray, Heliopan, et cetera). Also. People could generally point out that you're better off with a set of fixed value NDs, rather than one vND. But you must have your reasons (like having store credit to spend and finding ease of use of having variable ND outweigh any possible downsides). This has always been a hot subject in the past, so for more: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=variable+nd+eoshd+site:www.eoshd.com&hl=en . Concerning the mentioned filters... I suppose it's doubtful you'll find much opinions on some of these. salim
JordanWright
Yeah never heard of any of the ones you suggested. I recently picked up the Tiffen and its great. Only downside is that it doesn't have hard stops

They'll give you magenta cast and this will eventually ride on your nerves and patience. Stay with tried and true companies like Tiffen and Lee. You get what you pay for in this area. I tried to skimp, I was not succesful. As far as variable, I have no issues with that like others might have. It's mainly a workflow/expense thing. webrunner5
I know this isn't helping you with your 12-60, but I use one of these on my Sony A7s and it works great, and it has 8 stops of ND. And Focus, OiS, everything works just like it should. Amazing bargain for the money. I even got it to work with my EFS lenses by a little filing, sanding on the back of the lenses. I guess they make one for m4/3 to EF lenses?
