What's better? IPS screen with 800 nits or Oled with 300 nits?

Wow! That Focus OLED is sexy, but 350nits just isn't enough under the hot, almost permanent, Greek sun.

If that number was over, or close to 500, then I would have serious buyers remorse for my Focus!

5.5" is the absolute best for small minotors though.

If you care about outdoor visibility go with the IPS 800nits whereas if you care about accurate colors go with the oled. That would be my guess at least.

Thank you Don. IPS with the new calibration option is still prone to inaccurate colours?

Not necessarily it depends on the quality of the monitor and how well the calibration works. It could be still good enough for most things. The previous was just a guess.

The touch interface is best in business though. SmallHD deserve their profit for sure. It wasn't long ago that similar monitors (for their time) cost multiple times this money.

Hell my Samsung Note 8 has a 1200 nit OLED display. Who the hell would buy a 300 nit one in this day and age? And pay 750 bucks for it on top of it?
