Aquilasfx
Hello at the end, I bought a GH5 used in mint conditions. As Nikon user for pictures, and needing GH5 for interviews, I need a suggestion about something to adapt my lenses: 14-24 2.8G 24-70 2.8G 70-200 2.8G 24 1.4G 35 2D 50 1.4G 85 1.4G 105 2.8G I don't want to spend a lot of money more... Logan
With that much money in glass why cheap on out the adapter? Just get the speed booster XL and be done with it. leeys and Spgreen65

On youtube I saw a video with GH5 and my 24 1.4 with metabones and looks great I'm in doubt of getting an used 12-35 Lumix otherwise.. Logan
Nobody knows exactly how current speedboosters will perform with the pocket 4k. It's likely that the ultra and XL will work just fine, but we'll have to see.

Logan
Because XL is for full frame lenses and will get you closest to the original fov. Spgreen65
Aquilasfx
What about 12-35 2.8 ii?

Sage
3 minutes ago, Aquilasfx said: What about 12-35 2.8 ii? Often, the XL taps into extra coverage for glass rated at S35. The wider region might reveal vignetting, but can simply be cropped. Metabones is fantastic, both its SBs for old nikon glass, and its plain Nikon adapter (for aperture control and accurate flange distance/stability). fuzzynormal
I used a manual Nikkor 50mm f1.4 as my interview lens for the longest time. On a Canon 5D first and then speed-boosted-adapted onto M43 cams. While you can see some quality gap between a cheap "dumb" Chinese speed-booster and Metabones I really felt like it wasn't enough a a difference for the $$. That's me. Not sure how particular you are. So, cheap booster bought on ebay cost, what, less than 100 bucks? hansel
Logan
There is generally a huge difference between the knock offs and the legit speedboosters. Maybe one exists now, but previously it was night and day.
hansel
What about the mitakon lens turbo 2, any good? Thinking I might get one once I will be able to hold a "P24K" (bmdpcc4k) in my hands...

Logan
I would much rather use all the Nikon lenses personally.
