Odd question, but has anyone compared the HDMI port on a Mac laptop to the HDMI output on a Black Magic interface for grading? 

Whatever the new OS is doesn't work with my Intensity Pro (only works on my PC now) so I'm considering just going straight to the tv like this. 

Doesn't have to be perfect. Also getting rid of my grading monitor. Just want something "good enough" to idiot check against a UI display.
