which camcorder 4k, good codec for color, and low iso?

a friend of mine wish to buy a camcoder, I wish to suggest him a good model so I'm asking your help.

which camcoder can do at least 60p at 4k with a good 10 bit codec for color, and good low iso performances?

tell me if there are other characteristics to look for please (maybe a good stabiliser?).

he needs it to shoot documentaries.

Canon XF705 would probably be perfect, if he can afford it.

Yeah either XF705 or the Sony Z280 for a  fixed lens camera, they each have their own pros and cons. For a Supa 35 sensor camera with interchangeable lenses - Sony FS7 and the Panasonic EVA 1 are your only options under $7,500 USD.

Sony PMW-F5 are going on eBay for under that now as well! And if a person is doing higher end work then I'd recommend that over a FS7. 

But if a person is asking you, to then ask random forum goers, is the FS7 really the right camera for them??? Perhaps the Sony X70 makes more sense! (yes, no 4K 60fps, but you're not going to get that in a camcorder without $$$$$$$$)
