Best Pen Display tablets for animating and drawing Recommendation?

I'm a non-professional digital artist, Drawing with a mouse is not a fun experience, and much harder to learn than drawing on a tablet.

I'm looking for a pen display tablet ( I can draw on the display ) that can also be used for drawing and animating (something like adobe flash, simple animations). I would like it to be pressure sensitive. I remember a friend showed me his drawing tablet monitor XP-Pen Artist 12 ( Oh, and here the tablet itself: https://www.amazon.com/XP-PEN-Artist12-Battry-Free-Multi-Function-Sensitivity/dp/B07GNK18VJ ) and the pressure sensitivity thing was amazing to me.Do you guys know any?

I will also get one of those Stylus pens, so the important thing is that the tablet has an animation program! the tablet should work well in drawing software like Paint Tool SAI, Clip Studio Paint, Firealpaca/Krita (both free!),and Photoshop of course (although this may require external tools like Lazy Nezumi) .

I want a Device that isn't huge , I work on Windows 10, High Specs pc. My Budget is somewhere around 300-500$ can go above it if it's really worth it. Total noob so would appreciate some friendly advice .
