Yeah, I wouldn't recommend targeting a 6D or 5Dmk2 as cameras to save up for. (or any other Canon really....) Like @heart0less said about the 5Dmk2: On 2/9/2019 at 3:08 AM, heart0less said: A lot of colorful sensor noise and banding. Dynamic range isn't the best, either. It just feels like a 10-years old tech, unfortunately. I got much, much better results with a6000 which costs around 250-300$ used. So, yeah, I wouldn't honestly recommend it. Still kind of limiting when you are used to cameras that do up to 3200 iso while still looking clean. Shoot the OG BMPCC in raw then denoise in DaVinci Resolve and you can go easily to 1600 ISO at least. Selling the lens offers the money to buy an M50 the kit lens, and probably 1-2 more M lenses. Be unwise to invest in Canon M lenses when Canon has so clearly signaled that is going to be a dead end mount, which surely is only a matter of time until they kill it off. The guy doesn't want to invest. Wants the cheapest possible camera (less than 500$) to match with an 70-200 (which is a quite limiting lens). Selling the lens, can buy a whole M system (camera, 2 zoom lenses from 15-250mm plus a great tiny pancake in the 22mm) which will be more portable and usable than an ancient full frame camera with a huge 70-200 in the end, and will have great modern AF, and the usual Canon advantages. I agree.. However, in my experience it's sometimes hard to see who is a spammer and who might be a newcomer who is potentially from the instant-messaging generation, or doesn't have English as their first language, or both. Film-making is a pretty complicated topic and it's pretty easy to ask a genuine question that seems inflammatory or non-sensical, so apart from posting links, it can be hard to tell. They're aren't even his own listings, just random other people's ones. Well, I say "random" but they are possibly all hijacked accounts listing non-existent equipment. Unless he just has a really, really weird hobby of scouring e-bay for very average deals and then sharing them with a disinterested audience. The other option is him building a decent number of total posts, then move on to copy and pasting semi-credible discussion posts to increase the credibility before pulling some scam. When he then starts offering cut-price dental services in Cairo then we'll know for sure who he is.

Super Members BTM_Pix Posted February 13, 2019 Super Members Share Posted February 13, 2019 Something to keep an eye are the inconsistencies in the standard of written English in different posts by the same user. Sometimes you will look at a post from a user that looks pretty much straight out of Google translate and then a subsequent post from the same user will clearly have the look of coming from someone fluent enough not to have needed Google translate in the first place. The suspicion, obviously, is that the account is actually being operated by more than one person/bot. There are accounts on here that match that pattern in my opinion.
