Does any of you have an anamorphic sankor 16f lens? I found It in a shop where i live for €120. In case you believe that using this lens with a Canon 518 super8 there would be too much vignetting or it would you be able to get a good result? The Canon lens has a focal length of 9.5 - 47.5mm and an outer diameter of 50mm

I've just started looking into anamorphic lenses and adapters and such and it seems like the Elmoscopes are popular as a dual focus setup. What do yall think about this one?

I don't know anything about this one, but keep in mind that popular elmo is elmoscope II (almost same lens as kowas 16H/8Z/B&H)

Anyone know this seller, or have any thoughts regarding this Sankor 16c?

I'm looking for my first scope, ideally I want something that produces warmer coloured flares/artifacts, but am trying to keep budget down to +- $300 or so. I shoot on a GH5 and have a Helios 44-4, an old Nikkor 50 f/1.8, and a Nikkor 35 f/2—figure I'll use the Helios as my taking lens, and maybe the 35 if it doesn't vignette too badly. Thoughts?

Looks like a legit seller with a legit price for the lens. If you want to go you have to pay. Can't get into Anamorphic much cheaper.

i think i looked at that one but i think i was already looking at an elmoscope and i ended up getting the elmoscope but i see someone bought it perhaps it was you ?

I did, I scooped it up! Should have all parts needed to shoot with it by the end of March. I've been shooting a bit recently with a borrowed SLR Magic Anamorphot 1.33x50... needless to say I'm pretty excited for all these bits and bobs to arrive.
