Think of it this way... you can have the Sony a7s3 for the sDOF & wide angle shots, and any other stuff that the phone can't handle... Its a good companion piece if you ask me... Yeah its fine for certain uses. Not really a fan of ultrawide lenses for images of people. Being able to get a super wide image at 18mm on full frame is wonderful. That was a camera instantly surprassed by the A7sII by the way. 12megapixels tiny sensors with 2.4f (the 2 lenses). Phones take very good casual pictures destined to be viewed on phones/tablets for years now. Someone has to put an 1" sensor there, and instantly will surprass anyone in both megapixels and low light performance. The mobile phone market is one of the largest in the planet with a huge increase in profit and consumers market share, for at least 3 decades now. Amazing things will happen every year until the end of the century probably or the destruction of the human race.
