Im in Japan right now and hunting for anamorphic lenses. Havent found any for a good price until today.

Two anamorphic lenses which Ive never heard before.

Cornie Anamorphic 16
Hokushin Anamorphic-16

Its about 90$ for the first one and 130$ for the second lens.

Is it worth the money? What adaptors can I use to get it working on my Canon 7D?

The guy who owns the camera shop has limited english skills and didnt even know he had anamorphic lenses and what they are used for. I found them in the shop by accident.

The second lens appear to be promising, Ive been searching the web for more info and reviews about it but cant  find anything. Thats why im asking you guys, the best anamorphic forum on the web for help!

Best Regards

Denko

Looks similar to Isco's 16. 2x stretch and same glass as was supplied to another Japanese lens, the Proskar.

You can get some nice results but focus is nothing like an Iscorama.
