Yeah power is a big issue, but dont forget the heat. Melting stuff, letting the lights cool off is huge disadvantage.

Got a 2K Tungsten Fresnel for fifty bucks NZD! (which in USD is....  nothing)

Looks like Red has made some big gains on making 8K footage doable even on a Laptop.

Keep an eye on your local listings! As a lot of people are getting rid of their old tungstens as they move over to LEDs. And they're too bulky/heavy to easily/effectively sell overseas so it is just going to get sold to locals who can pick it up
