dusty and hazy lens

I just received my kinor 10-100. This was the auction:

Looks nice, doesn't it? Well, actually I noticed that all the elements inside are quite dirty. I put the lens against a lamp and made a short video:

I'm not a super-sharp-lens man and I always liked the low-res, flary lenses (most of my favourite lenses have some dust or even fungus) but I think this is a bit too much. What would you do? Return the lens? Cleaning service?

return it - its dead

it will cost more than you paid for it to get it cleaned professionally

Yeah like Andy says return it. Looked fine in the eBay pictures. I think it got shuck violently in transit and the dust is debris from dried up element glue. Either way, dust or debris such a shame as looks like an interesting lens.

it does look a very a interesting nice lens!! its a shame is full of rubbish inside it

Yeah, it's full of rubbish. Well, I suppose I'll have to return this one and wait until another bargain comes up on ebay!
