nickgregorio
Is there any way to adapt a MFT lens to a Canon EF mount? I would imagine the difficulties coming from the rear element's distance to the sensor. I found a really nice MFT zoom lens at a great price but not sure when I am getting the MFT BMCC and I currently am working with the EF version. Julian
Impossible. Like you said, the problem is the distance to the sensor. There's no way to fix this. Or you have to hack off your Canon EF mount and MacGuyver something yourself :)
Rafael Duarte
How about using old M42 lenses on the EF mount? Is it possible to use a simple adapter?
Julian
Yes Rafael. Here you can find a list of the register distance of all mounts: http://www.graphics.cornell.edu/~westin/misc/mounts-by-register.html Everything that has a longer register distance than the mount of your choice can be used with a basic adapter.
