How to playback h.264 proxy with sound on set

Hi there,

 

Using eos 5D III magic lantern firmware for RAW recording and audio external recorder Zoom H4n for a short movie.

How can I easily playback the recording on set to check the files (both video and audio) ?

 

If I use an external recorder such as Atomos Ninja, can I playback the h.264 recording with sound ? Does 5D record both video and sound ?

If 5D records h.264 proxy and sound, does it affect RAW recordings quality ?

Can I playback h.264 recorded to Ninja with sound recorded to H4n ?

If I use mics such as sennheiser ew 100 G3I, is it possible to record audio directly in Ninja (with receivers) so I can check-review video and sound together on set ?
