Henry Gentles
Anyone have any links to lens adapters? Are they all the same? I noticed that they range from like $20 - $200?? I have some SLR OM10 Olypus lenses which I want to use on a Nikon 5200 and I noticed that there are all manner of adapters and prices? Does it matter if I get a $17 adapter? jgharding
I've made tons of project both professional and personal with cheap C/Y to EF adapters. I had to replace one of six, after a year. I say just get some cheap ones, they seem to work fine.
Kasper Mols
Yet I believe that you cannot really adapt anything to nikon thanks to the big flange distance, right?

black
This is what Kasper is reffering to: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flange_focal_distance
Henry Gentles
Not sure what it all means, but logically, if they make and adapter for old OM lenses to fit Nikon you'd assume they would work??
jgharding
Ah I missed that bit. OM mount is 0.5mm shorter between lens and sensor than Nikon F. So if you do find an adaptor, it probably won't allow infinity focus unless the lens is fortunately misadjusted
