chief0
Hey there, Was shooting some test footage the other day settings: slog3, 50fps HD. If you look at the picture you will see a stripy artefact on the woman's shirt. I've got a lut on the image but it is there even if I grade the image form scratch. Lens I was using was the Sony Zeiss f4 24-70mm. Has anyone had this problem before ? Thanks in advance.
heart0less
It's called moire. http://www.xdcam-user.com/old-stuff/aliasing-and-moire-what-is-it-and-what-can-be-done-about-it/ Nothing to worry about, everything is fine with your gear. But why did you decide to post this question in an anamorphic subforum?
Alex Moreán
Note that if you are shooting on an A7SII you should switch to s35 mode to avoid moire and artifacting.
