My experience of them has been simply awful. This could have happened during the official V1.1 update, it is NOT the fault of the hack. It is the fault of the third party battery 100%. I suggest to return it to the shop and say that you were updating it to the official Panasonic firmware and it simply went blank. They should replace it.
