deckitout
Having only a few weeks ago decided to get into Videography after being a stills only shooter for many years I have been trying to get up to speed with everything involved in Video, which is way more that I ever imagined So here I am armed with a GH3 and an EM1 (arriving soon) a good selection of lenses. 2.8 zooms and fast primes. I am going to shoot my step Daughters 21st Party in approx. 3 weeks time using a mixture of stills and Video So can anyone give any help up front about planning the shoot. I would like to end up with a reasonable DVD to give out to family and friends How much footage should I be aiming for, what will be the best settings for the GH3 etc, etc Any help/guidance appreciated Phil
PrimeHD
Practice, review the results, see what you liked and capitalize on it. See what you (and other viewers) disliked, and change/improve it. Eternally learning videographer...
