Technical question about updating BMPCC firmware

Dumb question, but what cable do you need to connect the camera to your computer? Mini HDMI to USB?

After downloading firmware updates from Blackmagic's website, I'm trying to figure out how actually update the camera.

The USB port is under the battery door on the bottom of the camera. Usual mini-USB to full sized USB cable required.
