If you plan to do heavy-duty grading in post you generally want to start with as "flat" a picture as possible - in other words turn down the contrast saturation and sharpness to the lowest levels.

So set the camera to "My Film 1" and then adjust all the settings to -2 except noise reduction.

Do some tests before you shoot something important!
