Bell & Howell 35mm Anamorphic Lens Attachment

Anyone know anything about this thing? I've been seeing them pop up on E-Bay on a bunch of antique pages. Can't seem to find any information about it, I know a lot of guys use the 16mm Anamoprhic Bell & Howell, but I'm curious what the specs would be on this one as far - assuming it would be 2x due to it being cinemascope, but anyone ever use this as a anamorphic adapter? Only other info I have on this is "Design 335B"
