jeffhopkins
Noob question. Maybe obvious? I'm in Motion Picture Mode/24P Cinema and hit the red record button...nothing happens. I have a card in. Nikkor lens with Shoot W/O Lens "on." Is this an easy one or should I provide more info? Again, sorry if this is a "duh" question. Thanks in advance for your help. RobD
Have you got manual focus and manual exposure turned on? Cheers, Rob

Administrators Andrew Reid Posted March 26, 2012 Administrators Share Posted March 26, 2012 Nothing happens *at all*? Have you tried formatting the card? It sounds like a faulty camera, can't think of another cause.
jeffhopkins
Thanks for the reply Andrew. I'm new to this forum and this camera so forgive me for not providing more details, I don't know what is relevant. I have not tried reformatting the card. I did recently apply the Universal patch. It will let me snap photos. The movie button is set to "on." i've pressed it in and out of motion picture mode and there's no response. I'll try the regular firmware on it and report back. Thanks!
