Beginner: sony rx10 vs a7r vs Panasonic m4t (gm1, gh3, etc)

Is the rx10 better than the Panasonic cameras (gm1, g6, gh3) right now in IQ and features?
I know it is better than the a7r, right? Is it worth it over the more compact cameras?

In IQ its not better than GH3 or G6, in features it is better than G6 (Headphones out, ND filter), but not from GH3 that has better body for pro use (eventhough GH3 does not have built in ND filter).
