Replacement lens for Panasonic LA7200 anamorphic

I was referred here from the DVX users forum.  I am looking for a bit of advice on the LA7200.  I have a unit with a smashed rear element and was wondering if anyone knew of a suitable replacement.  Panasonic doesn't off this as a replacement part and I can't seem to find any design info.  It looks like the rear glass is a simple collimating stage but I may be naive.

Anyone have any thoughts or advice?
