5D mark iii Raw settings

I recently got into shooting raw video earlier last month, I was doing some test shooting with my camera. I haven't notice any changes really with my footage. I see noise in my footage when I shoot raw. I was wondering what iso settings and picture style settings do you recommend shooting at 24fp raw? I really don't see any difference, I watched a lot of test footage on vimeo people shooting raw with their 5D mark iii. I notice so much detail in their footage, I am trying to take my footage to another level shooting raw. Can anybody help me out?
