New to GH2: Did the hack work? Firmware stays 1.0

Hello everybody,

i bought my GH2 last weekend and finally i took the time today to hack the camera. But i'm not quite sure if it really worked. Why?

1. Body Firmware is still 1.0? I named the new hacked firmware V11 but after installing the hacked firmware the camera says the installed firmware is 1.0. Normal? Ok it would make sense to let it stay at 1.0 so you can play a new firmware on it without ending up at V99. But because im new to i'm insecure if everything worked out.

2. Is it possible to check bitrate? of course i had the idea of checking the framerate, but neither camera nor Mac file information gave me any indication of the bitrate. I imported it to Final Cut Pro 7 with ProRes 422 and got a framerate on 12,x mb/s. But since my unhacked test got almost the same bitrate, it seems to me that prores itself compresses the bitrate.

i was shooting (hacked and unhacked) 24p in creative video mode and yes i tried Google. Would be great if someone could help me out on this one.
