New breakthrough in canon raw video magic lantern coming?

EDIT : apparently sd slot is limited on the mark III was not aware of that my bad, so no improvement to be expected it seems.

With a write speed of up to 250mb per second.

 

This should work with magic lantern right?

 

Could get serious frame sizes continuously with this, around 3k to 4k maybe?

I got over 2k working without any problem with my 1000x card that writes 95mb per second.

So now the only limitation is the output speed of the mark III itself.

sigh, the MK III SD Controller thottles to 20MB/s doesn't it, it's the CF that'll do 100MB/s? And the controller is the limiting factor on all other Canon's not the memory card. sigh.

If the OP had any experience with ML he would know that even the 95MBS SD cards are limited to under 30MBS in those cameras ;)  Hopefully that card will drive down the price of the 95MBS card!
