Lens scratches or fungus?

Hi everyone!

 

This is a pretty old Canon FD lens that has been living in a loft for a while.  Could you please have a look at the linked image and videos to see if you think these 'marks' are scratches or if it's actual lens fungus.  The marks don't look particularly web-like.

Doesn't look like fungus. More like dust spots or blemishes on the front element.

Thanks for the response!  I didn't think it was, but I've managed to develop a state of paranoia :)
