Panasonic 4k video camera Under $700

I'm not sure if this was already posted.  Panasonic's 4k video camera which will do 25 fps too.

Panasonic is introducing a new 4K Wearable Camera HX-A500. In addition to the 4K video(3820x2160) recording capability, the new HX-A500 features rugged design of 3m/9.8ft waterproof and dustproof. The main unit incorporates a display for easier control. It comes with Wi-Fi / NFC technology to encourage an expanded way of use as well as sharing the video after shooting.
