Bvst
Hi, last week I bought a GH2, immediately installed the 44mbit patch , used the setting from the GH2 Shooters Guide and went out shooting. When I watched my footage today, I saw that in one shot, the codec/software/my settings really failed. The whole footage looked bad, especially the red parts. Does anyone know why this happened and how I can fix it? Here is a screenshot: www.bvst.tv/gh2_red.jpg My settings: GH2 with 14- 40 Kit lens SanDisk 32 GB 45Mbit GH2 Vanilla Patch 44 Mbit Cinema Mode -2,-2,0,-1 ISO 160 F 10 or 11 Thanks for ur help. Axel
If in the video this is rough noise, then this is notorious. The reasons are not known, afaik. People report it on sunny days. Hard to reproduce. Try smooth or standard. Close the aperture (4 or 5.6 are best, use NDs). Unhack for a comparison. Will perhaps never happen again. One of those things.
