PannySVHS
As colorgrader I have seen terrible artefacts in 2K 12bit 444 when extremely underexposed, looks like 5DII then. Not a joke though hard to believe. As colorgrader I have also seen fantastic possibilities in grading when sufficiently exposed. Give it some light, dear Canon users.:)
webrunner5
I think you have to take in form factor also. You are not really going to just walk around with a C300 II. Emanuel and kye
Emanuel
Wise words Don : ) But maybe that's us to worry about it because we are old ducks : D ...understanding the price to pay for tough stuff handling, crew cost and so on? :- ) Voice of experience calls anyway, count on it ; ) A camera is much more than specs... ;- ) - EAG webrunner5

Not at all, it's price point really... used C300 MKII's are going for $4-5K (Canadian) around my parts vs a used C70, which goes for $8-9K, and now 1DX MKII's are hitting $2-3K levels. I actually started looking at the R5, now that the no battery + Ninja V is a proven option. You can get one + a Ninja V and eos adapter w/ ND for about 5K too. So I feel like if I did that, I'd be content for a long long time.
