Willian Aleman
It is probably very premature to be sure about the type of editing workflows the Blackmagic Cinema will require, from log and transfer to the necessary equipment to have, specially the workflow around Thunderbolt for RAW files on desktop Mac computer alternative. An article about this would be very helpful from the point of view of budgeting.

[/quote] lol very premature being that the cameras are not out, the camera processing is still being tweaked, and the software for it is still be worked on by BM. Wait till June/July. Willian Aleman
Thanks Sara. That is what I thought. At least it is in the agenda for the writers.
Chad
Yeah, looking forward to hearing more about it. Right now, i take 1080p AVCHD files. Put them in Premiere Pro, edit, do After Effects linked. Don't even have to re-render the effects shots. I hope i could do the same with Blackmagic. Do you guys think RAW files from the BMC would run as smooth or smoother in Premiere Pro? Never dealt with RAW files, or files with a higher resolution than 1080p. Guess i'll have to wait and see.
