What is the difference betweem Sankor 35j and other Sankors 16's

What is the difference betweem Sankor 35j and Sankors 16D, 16F etc? Is that 35mm and 16mm film difference? If so does it have any advantage or disadvantage when using with modern cameras like vignettes, sharpness, or field of view etc?
