how to best mount GH3/BMPC with Nikon 80-400VR

hi

has anybody used the GH3 or BMPC on a 80-400 nikon lens?

 

I tested it with a speedbooster (for better light) and the picture is sharp enough for HD

 

but the tripod mount on the 80-400 is useless: it's far to elastic, so vibrates if you touch camera or lens

 

i'm looking for a setup with 15mm bars, and support for camera and other end of the lens, to make is stable.

 

(same for my setup: BMPC + SB + 80-400)

 

any advise?
