Anamorphic bokeh pattern - Sankor (Telex) 16D

Hello everyone!

This is my first post here. I only was a reader before :)))

Ive come across a very strange issue with my recently purchased copy of Telex 16D. Its the same as Sankor 16D in every regard, I had a shabby copy of Sankor and traded it for an old new stock Telex. Didnt see any difference in the image until I got an FVD-16A module from Rapido. And then I discover this net of lines, that would occur from "fake anamorphic" filters all across bokeh orbs. Its mostly visible in dark. Im totally lost.. the surface of the glass is impeccable, both of my taking lens (canon nfd 50 1.4), the adapter, ...and of course the focus module. Any Ideas where it comes from and if its fixable? Im using Sony a7 3.

Many thanks to everyone in advance!!
