genXtechguy
Desperate here, as I can't find answers to this anywhere else. I can't get the R3 to format the Angelbird 4TB Cfexpress Type B card. Both camera and card are brand new. Canon support believes it should be compatible. Angelbird believes it is not and it's only approved/tested for the Nikon Z9. There are posts on the B&H product page for this card that indicate it works with other cameras (R5C and the GH6). Does anyone else out there have this combination of card and camera (or any Canon camera with Cfexpress type B) and did you get it to work? ~ Frustrated
gt3rs
Try to format it on a PC as exFat via a card reader so you can see if the card is functioning. I normally format my cards on the PC. genXtechguy
