Can I attatch an OpTex 52mm thread anamorphic filter to my DSLR lenses?

I am looking into buying an OpTex anamorphic adapter to use on dslrs, 60Ds, 5Ds, etc. but the thread is 52mm, how would I attach that to dslr lenses?

would I only be able to mount it to lenses that are less than or equal to 52mm or can I use larger lenses?

No, larger as well. If memory serves me righ you won't be able to go much wider than 50mm on 5D
