Mustafa Umut Sarac
Hello there , After long years of waiting , today I bought an LOMO 35 nap2 3m 56/2 f:80-110. I want to attach that lens on to Film Camera. First of all , I dont have any idea whether there is a need for a lens between LOMO Anamorphic Lens and camera body.. And I want to learn the cheapest option to mount the LOMO .What is the name of adapters ? May be I can buy a nikon autofocus camera or canon autofocus camera. By the way serial is 0010667 , what is the date of the lens ? Thanks
rook
I believe you have a projector lens. The NAP series are for projectors not cinema cameras, AFAIK. You'll need a taking lens to render an image on your sensor. I'm guessing somewhere in the neighbourhood of 55-100mm to avoid vignetting. You'll also need a clamp to attach the two. I think these lomo projector lenses are quite beefy, so I'm not sure what clamp will work. It might be better to get a rail mount for the lens and then line it up with your taking lens and then black out the gap between the two. Hope that helps. Gábor Ember
This Lomo is so heavy that a clamp would just tear the taking lens apart. Rail support is needed. Matthias Malleši
