A7S 60p footage coming in at 29.97

We just got footage back from our first A7S shoot and all of it is coming in at 29.97, despite the camera being set to 60p and the shutter at 1/60 or faster.  None of us have enough experience with the A7S to understand what happened.

 

Also I want to make sure the issue isn't with how I'm bringing in the footage.  I'm navigating to Private>M4Root>Clip and bringing all the MP4 files into premier or after effects.  

 

Does anyone have an idea what we're doing wrong?  Thanks!
