Is there any HDMI transmitter below 500 that is good enough for focus pulling?

No.

(plus for focus pulling you'll usually want to use SDI wireless/monitors, otherwise the delay becomes too much via HDMI)

Thanks : ) And what about the RØDE Wireless Go II?

Suitable for casual youtubers or cameraman on simple nondemanding / noncritical shoots.

There are many deal breakers with it:

1) 2.4GHz
2) low power RF
3) no locking connector
4) no swappable batteries
etc

The transmitter can record 40hr of audio (not the battery life) so if not using the wireless function the wireless go II is nice little audio recorders to put anywhere.

Would a HDMI to SDI converter solve this issue?
So

1. HDMI Camera > HDMI Converter SDI > Wireless SDI Transmitter

Or

2. HDMI Camera > HDMI Monitor > HDMI Converter SDI > Wireless SDI Transmitter

Or

3. HDMI Camera > HDMI Monitor & Converter SDI > Wireless SDI Transmitter

HDMI doesn’t introduce any noticeable delay. The ‘proper’ video cameras I’ve used with an HDMI port (FX9, FX6, FX30, Pocket 6K Pro and Pocket 4K) all have got less than a frame delay when using the HDMI port either hard wired to a display or when using my Teradek Ace 500 HDMI transmitter.
It’s down to the camera as to how much delay is introduced via HDMI and hybrid cameras are usually much worse than proper video (or cinema!) cameras.
