24p VS 25p

Ciao!

On most of my music videos I'm after a film-like aesthetics: I always try to keep the shutter speed at 180°, but I normally shot ad 25p, not at 24p.

Do you think 24p is indispensable for a cinematic look? Or 25p is also ok?

Thank you for your comments :)

Thank you very much for your kind answer!
The same 50hz here in Italy :)

p.s.: I just saw Rupert Neve on your website... simply amazing! As recording engineer I love his 1073 preamp! :)

The interview with Mr Neve is for Sound On Sound, we've been collecting interviews for them recently, do keep an eye on the site next year ;)

Rupert Neve designs kit is great too, check it out!

I worked on a Neve V series with flying faders for many years - i produced alot of big hit records on that desk.

Wow!! That's great!
It's crazy that most of the people that shot videos also are involved in music! :)

This is one of my fav. CD I recorded and mixed: http://www.irmagroup.com/it/ida-landsberg-cherry-tree-lane/
