Tool Belt/Pouch/Bag for Cards etc when Shooting

The other day I had my first larger shoot without a camera op in a long time. It was a mess- lens caps, batteries, memory cards, white balance cards- everywhere.

 

Does anyone have any belt accessories they'd recommend to keep these things attached and organized?

I've been using a fanny pack for years.  My youngest daughter calls it a "gay pocket" to the immense amusement of my family, though I believe they're coming back into fashion?

Depending on how big the shoot I'm on and such, I'll mix and match the pouches.

Lowepro have discontinued their Snap Top AW, haven't they? That's what I use, but I think I might need a replacement soon. *sigh*

The 'underarm bag' could be worth trying... maybe it sucks, maybe it's really practical.

Ships from China for around 10 USD on eBay ('Redalex' - 'R-lex' branded it seems).

If it just needs to hold a lens cap, some spare batteries and some filters, it should do the job just fine?
