Can I use the SLR Magic +0.33 diopter with the Rectimascop 48/2x?

Hello anamorphic experts,

 

I can't find a decent +0.4 diopter for a reasonable price.

 

I can get the SLR Magic +0.33 diopter for a pretty good price.

 

Can I use it with the Rectimascop 48/2x? Will it focus properly?

How much are you asking for the Tokina?

SLR Magic +0.33 and +1.33 achromats are 77mm.  Tokina +0.4 is 72mm size.  How you fit them on the front of your anamorphic depends on how large the front element is.  You can get away with the Tokina if you are using longer telephoto taking lenses.
