Looking for more information on this lens.

Hey,

 

Was wondering if anyone could give me a hand with this. I am totally new to this topic, I know absolutely nothing about it. I work for a local movie theater, and they had an old projector upstairs, with this lens attached to it. The manager said I could take it, so I figured I'd post online to find out more about it, and maybe see if it's worth anything. I had troubles uploading the pictures directly, so I hope linking is okay on this site. Lens is in good condition, just needs to be cleaned up. Hasn't been used in years.
